From my AS blog, I've learned many camera skills that I didn't previously know, and have also learned how to evaluate my work and plan a project by researching props, actors, set design, scripts and more. As well as this, I've learned to keep updating my blog with what's going on in the production and planning, and posting about anything new I've learned so that I can refer to them later when I need to. 

I think the planning did go well because we managed to get it all organised in time with no big issues on the day of filming. I still like the single shot, and how we used depth of field. For my blog, I'm happy I did all of my posts in detail.

To make it better, I would've made sure that the mic was working on the day, and that the re-recordings fit the noises exactly because at times there were a few small things that didn't quite fit. I would also have changed the script a little because some parts didn't work that well. 

Next year I'm hoping to keep my blog updates consistent and frequent, and keep doing them in detail.

My favourite genre of music is indie-rock/pop and pop-punk because I like bands and the themes in their music , but I also love 80s music because it's always upbeat, great to dance to and puts you in a good mood. I play bass guitar so I enjoy listening and playing along to music, which I do quite a lot, as well as performing in the occasional concert.

Some of my favourite bands are: Royal Blood, Nothing but Thieves, Two Door Cinema Club, The Wombats, Blink 182, Sum 41, Mcfly and Bastille. I have Spotify so I have most of their albums downloaded on my phone as it's easy and fast. I like this kind of music because I prefer when they play actual instruments and have lyrics all the way through their songs. I like quite a lot of pop music too, but I'm not a massive fan of rap music, house music or grime. I find out about these bands through the radio, social media, and Spotify discover weekly. I've seen a lot of them live but still want to go to more concerts as some of them are touring soon. Most of their music videos are interesting and entertaining, and the majority are quite high budget.
